The Hands on Project

Welcome to the new home of the Hands On Project! An idea that sprung forth from this post on makeandmeaning.com. If you are interested in participating, have an idea, can connect me to someone who would be interested, or just want to get in touch...you can email me at dudecraft::AT::gmail::DOT::com. Also, please join the Hands On Google Group by filling in your email address in the sidebar to receive updates and post messages to the group.

Although this whole thing is in it's infancy, I'm incredibly excited and hope you are too.

Best,

Paul

  1. I think this is an AMAZING project. The hands-on classes were definitely my favorites in middle school.

Now that I'm a SAHM, I'm finding the time to stretch my wings on the domestic side...and I am constantly reminded of the kind neighbors or women from church who took the time to invite a seven year old girl to help them in the kitchen, or sit down to learn how to thread a needle. For several years, I've been conducting my own personal version of this project, sharing my knowledge with anybody willing to learn. I learned for free...and this is my way of giving back.

Rock on!! I'm linking up at www.SuburbanHousewifeUprising.blogspot.com
