Call for Videos

As we get the ball rolling here, it occurred to me that it would be
great to have some testimonial-style videos from people, explaining
what hands on learning has meant to them. It would be great to have
all ages, so if you have children and parents that would like to be
involved as well as you, film them too. The videos can be raw and
unedited. I will compile all of the best moments and include them in
the pitch video for the project.

As far as what you say, it's up to you. It's all about your
experience, your mentors and what hands on learning has done for you.
Thirty seconds to a minute worth of material would be great!

One request: It would be great if, at the end of the video, you said:
"My name is (insert your name here) and I'm part of the hands on
project".

You can send the video (640x480 preferred) using yousendit.com to:
dudecraft::AT::gmail::DOT::com

Thanks you guys! You're the best!

Ready? Go!

The Hands on Project

Welcome to the new home of the Hands On Project! An idea that sprung forth from this post on makeandmeaning.com. If you are interested in participating, have an idea, can connect me to someone who would be interested, or just want to get in touch...you can email me at dudecraft::AT::gmail::DOT::com. Also, please join the Hands On Google Group by filling in your email address in the sidebar to receive updates and post messages to the group.

Although this whole thing is in it's infancy, I'm incredibly excited and hope you are too.

Best,

Paul
